7…..Read before bed

Since I fell short on my last habit of getting up at 6am everyday. I am going to try and make it successful by stacking it with another habit. A complimentary habit that I believe will help set me up for achieving an early morning wake up.

I am going to be in bed by 930 every night (that I am not on night shift) and I will only read when I am in bed. I believe by limiting my late night tech binging I will be able to cultivate the good habit of reading before bed and naturally fall asleep. I used to always read before bed when I was younger and its a habit I really enjoyed.

I am really looking forward to this habit because it may have a 2 for 1 effect on me and I think that will be fantastic in cementing in 2 great habits.
