This site is me evolving as I hold myself accountable and do something strictly for a month so that I can continue to add in good habits in my life. I plan on doing it until I reach 100 total posts. I like the idea of making small consistent changes. I also like the idea of adding new things to my life. This blog is to push myself to break out of lifelong set routines. This isn’t a new idea for me, I have always liked accountability and consistency I just haven’t put it into a blog before.
I am not a writer, or a “guru”, I don’t profess a certain style of eating or living to be the best, Ive failed a fuck-load before and will again. I am opinionated but I am not closed minded. but most of all I am an average balding guy who sweats his ass off at the gym likes bad food and makes questionable choices once in a while, who wants the best quality life I can have. I have been on the bad side of depression and am now currently on the good side of it. I have a pretty damn good life, I am one of the few people who can say I wouldn’t change much in my life…….as in, I like my job, where I live, my circle of friends and most of the choices I make.
My goal is to be transparent with who I am and what I have done in my life. I guess what I am saying is I want to lead by example and am interested to see where It will go.
