2. pick 10………….pick 11

the idea, is to see if I can eat 11 (it was originally going to be 10 foods but I looked at that list and realize I want all them so it is 11) foods or less for one month.

chicken, green veg, kangaroo, fish (salmon tuna), eggs, coffee, red wine, brown rice (only on sushi), almonds, apples, cottage cheese

These foods are common foods I eat already (besides kangaroo……but its very lean). I am leaning up for an upcoming trip and just for overall health and I want to see if I can limit myself to this amount of selection.

chicken, roo and green veg make up the bulk of my eating this is mostly lunches and suppers

apples, almonds and cottage cheese are for snacks with cottage cheese only happening at most once per day.

coffee………….because I love it

eggs are breakfast

sushi for lunch…….usually limited to days after I go to the gym

and I have as much hot sauce/ spice as I want……..for sanity

wine is obvious, I usually love my beer but have been feeling really great on wine and am continuing to stay away from beer for the most part because I definitely get more of a beer belly.

UPDATE*  Ok this one went no where, this was at a time in my life where I was going through a huge life change and to add a big disruptive diet change did not help things either.
