This one is pretty straight forward. Get up and maybe not necessarily out of bed. Rise by 6. adjust bed time accordingly to make this happen.
I don’t expect big issues with this one. I am already rising around 630 most days of the week. So 6 shouldn’t be too tough of a transition.
I am more of a morning person than a night owl, in fact it isn’t even close. I have always enjoyed the serenity and peacefulness of early mornings over late nights. I have read that successful people are early risers and if that is the case then this can be a small step I take to try and join there club (although early risers are up way earlier…….but small steps).
I think the only caveat I will add to this decision is that I am a shift worker and sometimes it may be in my best interest to get more sleep at that time if my body and mind need it.
